Research Development, Evaluation, and Strategy

Color logo - no background.png

The research ecosystem is more complex than ever and a combination of technical reasoning and institutional strategy is needed to develop and manage large-scale research. With a career straddling research and research management, I ensure researchers receive the support they need to carry out high-impact research, institutions have data and tools to inform strategic research development, and that we collectively create an equitable and socially-focused research ecosystem.

Big-ticket grants bring tremendous opportunities but are more complex and carry higher accountabilities, requiring specialized support.

Evaluating research can identify strengths, give researchers visibility on the impact of their work, and allows us to refine policies and support programs.

Strategic Research Plans help funders and institutions define their work, focus support and policy efforts, and achieve the impact they desire.
